Adidas Women's 5k Challenge

We did it! I know I haven't mentioned it on this blog, so to get you up to speed I ran (okay, jogged and walked) the Adidas Women's 5k in Hyde Park last weekend. I 'ran' for Endometriosis UK and it was one of the most worthwhile things I've ever done; not just because I managed to raise £165 (and counting) for a little-known and much misunderstood cause, but also because of how much I enjoyed it. I got to push myself, tackle anxiety and agoraphobia head on by getting the underground on my own and meet people I've been speaking to for over year but had yet to speak to face to face. In short, I'm doing it again next year :)

Anyway, I've been donating 50% of all my sales to Endo UK, which have brought me happily over my target (I'll update my fundraising page soon...) and beyond. The promotion still stands, so please visit my Etsy store and see if there's something you like. Also, my Virgin fundraising page is here: Run for the End of Endo.

For now, I'm off to finish my 10th foot of green bobble scarf...x
